Located on the corner of Drury Lane, the scheme is a high-quality 7-storey hotel development for the German luxury boutique Amano brand. The works were half refurbishment and half new build, comprising redevelopment of the office building with the existing 5th – roof levels removed, refurbishment of the basement – 4th floors and new build construction of the 5th-7th floors.

The construction is a steel frame with glass reinforced concrete (GRC) cladding, a zinc mansard roof and Juliet balconies to the rooms.

The hotel provides 141 guestrooms on the 1st-6th floors, lounge bar and dining in the basement, a roof top bar, terrace and reception area.
